Are you interested in getting into beekeeping or expanding your colony count? Each year, Wildflower Meadows features a limited amount of four-frame nucleus colonies for sale. We offer a newly introduced and accepted Italian VSH (Varroa Sensitive Hygiene) queen — directly bred from artificially inseminated mite-resistant breeder stock and locally mated.
Each four-frame nuc is full of bees and consists of one frame of honey, one frame of pollen, and two frames of bee brood in various stages.
The combs you receive are relatively new, high quality combs. Nucleus Colonies are $125 each, and include a starter box.
